Items purchased at Williams & Watkins are eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment. Some rules apply. Please see below. Orders purchased with PayPal will either be refunded as a check to the customer’s billing address or refunded to the PayPal account
Our Return Policy
Williams-Watkins.com: Merchandise sold ONLY on KinshipComfortBrands.com are eligible for returns and may have certain exclusions that apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged or defective.
Gift Cards, Monogrammed Items, Personalized Items, and altered Items, cannot be returned.
For purchases and returns made in the states of CT and MA: Customers must return
any purchase within 90 days of the purchase date to receive a refund of the sales tax.
Returns made after 90 days of the purchase date will receive the refund of the purchase
price excluding the sales tax.
Return Window: 30 days
Williams & Watkins covers the return shipping cost if we are at fault in any way (damaged, duplicated, inadequate quality, incorrect item, Size exchange, missing parts, not as described, defective)
A Return Shipping Fee will be paid by buyer if the buyer simply changed their mind about the purchase
If a refund request is a no-fault (or the buyer changed their mind), Williams & Watkins will charge sellers a restocking Fee of 5% of the total item price. The restocking fee will be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
Customer will be emailed a return label once the Return Authorization is issued.
Complete the following:
Complete the “returns or exchange” form on the invoice and return it with the clean, laundered item. If you do not have the invoice, please enclose your name, address, phone number, and the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to the address on the form.
Refund amounts are processed by Williams & Watkins within 48 hours of receiving your package
